About the Founder
Michael Faust is the founder of America’s First Responders.
A fourth-generation volunteer firefighter with nearly 40 years of service, Michael created America’s First Responders to help strengthen volunteer organizations and support the men and women who dedicate themselves to serving their communities.
Michael has held leadership positions at the local, county, and state levels, including serving as President of the Maryland State Firefighters Association during the COVID-19 pandemic. He has been inducted into both the Maryland State Firefighters Association Hall of Fame and the Kent & Queen Anne’s Volunteer Fire and EMS Hall of Fame.
Professionally, Michael has spent more than three decades helping businesses grow through marketing, technology, communications, and strategic partnerships. His passion for service, entrepreneurship, and community involvement continues to drive the mission behind America’s First Responders.
Michael and his wife, Stacey, are proud parents, grandparents, and lifelong supporters of the communities they call home.
